COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Another delay Wednesday for a Colorado Springs mother once convicted of killing her three kids as she waits to learn whether or not she can be released on bond.
Deborah Nicholls was in court Wednesday afternoon. Her conviction was overturned earlier this year for murder in the death of her three kids after a judge found evidence in her 2008 trial was not disclosed.
In court Wednesday, two investigators testified. The first was fire investigator Jeff Berino, who was hired by the Nicholls family soon after a fire at their Colorado Springs home in 2003 left Nicholls’ three children dead…
