COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is on Saturday, and four locations will be open for the community to safely dispose of unwanted or unused medications.
The Colorado Springs Police Department said it is partnering with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration for Drug Takeback Day.
At the following locations, police said residents can anonymously dispose of medications from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday with no questions asked.
- King Soopers at 7915 Constitution Avenue
- Memorial Hospital North at 4050 Briargate Parkway
- Police Operations Center at 705 S Nevada Avenue
- Security Public Library at 715 Aspen Drive
