The Southern Colorado Juneteenth festival returns this year with a new location

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -The Southern Colorado Juneteenth Festival is returning for its sixth year, and for 2026 will be hosted at the Norris Penrose event center.

Organizers say this year’s festival will take place indoors at Norris Penrose and will feature live entertainment, family activities, and community events planned throughout the weekend.

When

  • June 20, 2026 10 am-10 pm
  • June 21, 2026 10 am-8 pm

Music Lineup

This year’s festival will feature a mix of 1990s and 2000s hip-hop and R&B artists, including:

  • 702 — known for songs including “Where My Girls At?”
  • V.I.C. — best known for the hit song “Wobble”
  • David Banner — known for “Get Like Me” featuring Chris Brown

Activities & Attractions

  • Kid’s zone with bounce houses, face painting, and an obstacle course
  • Food vendors
  • Live entertainment and dancing
  • 5K run on trails around the event center
