The family of the Boulder firebombing suspect was back in federal custody Saturday, two days after a judge halted their deportation and ordered their release after nearly 10 months in a Texas detention center.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents rearrested Hayam El Gamal and her five children Saturday morning, according to Eric Lee, the family’s lead attorney.
The move came hours after the El Gamals returned to Colorado following their release Thursday evening from Dilley Immigration Processing Center, southwest of San Antonio, Lee said in a statement on X…
