CDOT to update highway traffic signals in Pueblo to improve safety

More than two dozen highway traffic signals in Pueblo are set for an upgrade.

Beginning the first week of May, the Colorado Department of Transportation is set to install new traffic signal backplates at 27 Pueblo County locations to improve driver safety as part of a nearly $400,000 project targeting Pueblo and El Paso counties.
