COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -Colorado Springs driver Donnetta Guthrie says a large pothole at the Cheyenne Meadows Shopping Center damaged her car, raising questions about who is responsible for maintaining the roadway.
Guthrie said the incident happened on April 23 as she was leaving the King Soopers in the shopping center.
