(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A Colorado Springs landmark is back open and giving diners something new to talk about. Navajo Hogan has officially reopened after a remodel, with a refreshed space, updated menu, and a focus on bringing the community together.
FOX21’s Kenny Johnson visited the restaurant for this week’s Foodie Finds and spoke with owner Bobby Couch about the reopening.
“It’s been through many hands over 91 years,” Couch said. “We took it over about a year and a half ago for a remodel, and we’ve been open for about five weeks now. This building is basically brand new from the ground up.”…
