COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Eight people are displaced after a fire damaged an apartment building early Wednesday morning.
The Columbia-Richland Fire Department (CRFD)and Irmo Fire District responded to the Lory of Harbison Apartments just before 10:45 a.m. and could see smoke coming through the roof.
CRFD said crews were able to contain the fire from spreading, but the building was still left damaged…
