Local restaurant seeks community help after unexpected setback strains finances

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A family-owned restaurant in northeast Columbia is asking the community for help after a major air conditioning failure created an unexpected financial strain that owners say is already affecting employees and customers.

La Isla Bonita has served customers in the Columbia community for 12 years and is now owned by two generations of the same family.
