RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A Richland County man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to a drug conspiracy charge, according to the Department of Justice.
David Omar Echevarria, 41, was sentenced to 120 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release.
