The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Columbia, SC man over the weekend on a charge of Kidnapping as a result of a welfare check on an adult female, who was the victim.
25-year-old Tevon Demarcio Durham, of Wilkinson Drive, was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center at around 4:51pm on Saturday, June 27th. Durham, who has an address on Jacobs Road near Seneca that is listed on the arrest warrants, was also charged by the Sheriff’s Office with one count of Domestic Violence – 1st Degree.
Durham was given a combined $50,000 dollar surety bond on both charges. Durham will be required to wear an ankle monitor, as a condition of bond, upon release from jail…
