Nephron Pharmaceuticals accused of hiding missing fentanyl from DEA, lawsuit says

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – West Columbia-based Nephron Pharmaceuticals is being accused of falsifying information sent to federal agencies in a new lawsuit.

The complaint was filed in Richland County on June 17 by former chief human resources officer Nola Grant, just over a year after she claims she was fired by the company. Grant also alleges repeated harassment during her time at Nephron, with claims directly tied to the company’s CEO, Lou Kennedy…
