COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Herbert Kimble is set to plead guilty in federal court on Tuesday afternoon in connection with a $1.2 billion health care fraud scheme.
Kimble will enter his plea at 2 p.m. at the Matthew J. Perry Federal Courthouse in Columbia.
