LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – Lexington County is now suing the Town of Chapin over claims that its mayor is attempting to block a $20.4 million land sale.
In a complaint filed Monday, the county alleges Chapin Mayor Bill Mitchell is trying to prevent of the Chapin Technology Park by refusing to provide promised sewer service.
