One person is dead after a head-on collision involving one vehicle traveling the wrong way on I-385 South at the 7-mile marker around 7:25pm on Monday night, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) Master Trooper Mitchell Ridgeway.
According to Ridgeway, a 2006 Honda Accord was traveling north on the southbound side of I-385 when they struck a 2026 Ford transit van head-on that was traveling south on I-385.
The driver of the Honda Accord died at the scene and the driver of the van was injured and transported to Greenville Memorial Hospital, according to Ridgeway…
