COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The number of babies surrendered in South Carolina under Daniel’s Law has reached a record-breaking level.
The number of babies surrendered under the law is now in the double digits, with 10 babies surrendered to the Department of Social Services so far this year. That is the most babies surrendered under the law in a single year.
