Cohn Construction has completed the renovation of the four-story, 41,300-square-foot building that now serves as the headquarters for Carolinas Dermatology & Plastic Surgery.
Located within the Middleburg Park Historic District, newly listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building was rehabilitated in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. The first, third and fourth floors were transformed to accommodate the practice and feature more than 45 exam procedural rooms, an outpatient surgical center and a specialized surgical suite for Mohs outpatient procedures.
