A Columbia woman was recently arrested after she cashed in winning lottery tickets at the Lowcountry convenience store where she worked at the time, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division. The lottery tickets had previously been stolen from the same store, SLED said Thursday in a news release.
Iveta Zavon Charmaine Gilliard, 25, was charged with intent to defraud, counterfeit game tickets, according to the release.
