COLUMBIA, S.C. (WSPA) – Dozens of South Carolinians who lost their lives to domestic violence last year were honored at the State House Tuesday.
The event, also known as the Silent Witness Ceremony, read aloud the names of 41 people who died as a result of domestic violence while family and friends carried silhouettes to honor their loved ones.
