LEXINGTON, S.C. (WIS) – Lexington Health is expanding emergency and urgent care services in White Knoll and Northeast Columbia, with four new or relocated facilities planned for the growing Midlands communities.
The health system plans to build a 24-room freestanding emergency department next to Lexington Family Practice White Knoll on Brevard Parkway along with a nearby urgent care center. Both are expected to open in spring 2028.
In Northeast Columbia, Lexington Health is converting its existing urgent care location into a 24-room emergency department, which is expected to open by spring 2027. Once the conversion is complete, urgent care services will move to Lexington Health Blythewood, less than three miles away…
