RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A 57-year-old Richland County man was arrested after investigators found 11 dogs with dogfighting injuries, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.
Thomas Hoefer, 57, was charged Friday with violating the Animal Fighting and Baiting Act and ill-treatment of animals.
