COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Two men were arrested after deputies said they lit a home in Hopkins on fire while someone was inside. A press release from the Richland County Sheriff’s Department released Thursday said the arson happened July 14 around 5:30 p.m. at the 200 block of Country Haven Road in Hopkins.
