LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – A former South Carolina state trooper was arrested months after he was accused of sexual assault by a home health aide.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division said 63-year-old Wayne LaBounty was charged with first-degree assault on Tuesday.
