COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A federal grand jury has indicted a 33-year-old Aiken man on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Devron Jakell Duncan has been indicted on one count following a Feb. 15, 2023, incident in Columbia’s Five Points district near the University of South Carolina, an area heavily frequented by students.
