CALHOUN COUNTY, S.C. — State officials say contaminated diesel fuel was found at a gas station in Calhoun County after multiple drivers reported problems with their vehicles following a weekend fill-up.
The South Carolina Department of Agriculture said it received 15 complaints about regular gas at a BP station off Interstate 26 Exit 125 in Sandy Run. Inspectors were sent to collect fuel samples and temporarily shut down fuel sales as a precaution while testing was underway.
