Monica Elkins-Scott removed from leadership positions on Richland Two board

Shortly after being censured for her conduct at meetings, Monica Elkins-Scott has now been removed from her leadership positions as board secretary and chairwoman of the Alternative Pathways Committee on the Richland Two School Board.
