South Carolina Special Olympics underway at Fort Jackson

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The South Carolina Special Olympics are officially underway at Fort Jackson.

The annual opening ceremonies at the base on Friday night welcomed hundreds of athletes statewide for a weekend of competition.
