FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY Saturday for scattered to widespread storms capable of heavy downpours

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The concern for localized flooding to possibly develop Saturday due to slow-moving strong storms has prompted a First Alert Weather Day.

First Alert Headlines:

  • Scattered showers and storms possible today.
  • Saturday is a First Alert Weather Day.
  • Storm chances continue through the holiday weekend.

First Alert Summary:

Saturday’s storm coverage will be widespread with scattered showers and storms possible each day for the rest of the holiday weekend.

First Alert Forecast:

Today: Mostly cloudy with a few afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Chance of rain 40%. Highs in the upper-80s…
