SMITHS STATION, Ala. (WTVM) – An overturned 18-wheeler is causing traffic delays Tuesday morning on Highway 280 East in Lee County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, state troopers were notified of the crash just after 7:15 a.m. EST.
