STEWART COUNTY, Ga. (WRBL) — A Phenix City man is now facing criminal charges after allegedly dumping trash illegally in Stewart County, Georgia.
According to the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office, on May 24, a deputy was on patrol in the area of the county dump site on Julia Road in Omaha, when they noticed a “suspicious person and vehicle with an Alabama tag” dumping into the county dumpster.
Authorities say that as a result, Joseph Lamb of Phenix City was arrested and charged with unlawful dumping. Lamb was taken to the Stewart County Jail for processing and his vehicle was impounded…
