Monday rain, then dry week with rising temperatures ahead

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Happy Mother’s Day! The clouds and fog this morning have cleared out (mostly) to give us a wonderful Mother’s Day afternoon.

Monday: Our last round of rain is set to push through on Monday. A cold front will sweep through the region. Rainfall totals have backed off in the most recent update. But there is still a chance for heavy rain at times.

Rest of the Week: Once this front clears, the rest of the work week is set to be dry. Temperatures will dip slightly on Tuesday (upper 70s), but they will quickly rebound into the 80s for the last half of the week…
