One person was injured after a carjacking attempt in the Short North Saturday night.
Officers arrived at the scene on North High Street around 10:30 p.m. after a report of gunshots. The incident happened in front of Santos, after a young man attempted to break into restaurant owner Shawn Shahnazi’s vehicle.
A front-of-house staff member recognized Shahnazi’s car and approached the vehicle, causing a fight to break out with the suspected carjacker and two Santos staff members…
