COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost is suing a local ambulance company for allegedly failing to disclose its out-of-network status to patients, resulting in unexpected medical bills.
The lawsuit alleges that Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service of Ohio did not disclose that it is out-of-network for all private health insurers before transporting patients between hospitals.
