COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKBN) — Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed four bills into law Thursday.
The first was Senate Bill 262. That law requires that a public authority like a city, township, or county (or other party to a construction contract) note variations from industry-standard forms. So, if changes are made, they must be highlighted in a noticeable way so that everyone is aware of the change.
Senate Bill 263 makes it easier for professional employer organizations under the Unemployment Compensation Law to file their paperwork.
