COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A woman who eluded police for over four years was arrested this week on suspicion of a west Columbus homicide.
According to Franklin County Jail records, Alyssia Albert is in custody, four years and four months after Anthony Wagner was killed in the 100 block of Medland Avenue in the Hilltop. For a previous report on this story view the video player above.

Wagner, 40, was found suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. His death was ruled a homicide, and the investigation was ongoing until an indictment was handed down by a Franklin County grand jury on April 15 of this year.
Albert was considered armed and dangerous and believed to frequent the Sharon Heights area in north Columbus. She also has twice previously been sentenced for theft (2014, 2018) and faced multiple charges out of municipal court, including theft, robbery and receiving stolen property…
