Columbus man charged after police say he strangled, pistol-whipped girlfriend

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A Columbus man now faces a felony charge after police say he strangled and struck his girlfriend with a handgun during a domestic violence dispute Sunday morning.

According to Franklin County Municipal Court records, 28-year-old Donald Isaiah Dozier is charged with felonious assault involving a deadly weapon.
