Dublin Gives Food Trucks Room To Roll

Food trucks have long brought more than meals to Dublin. They add movement to public spaces, create informal gathering places and give residents, workers and visitors another reason to stop and stay awhile. Now, the City of Dublin is putting a more formal structure around where those trucks can operate and how vendors can reserve public locations.

A new food truck pilot began July 9 and will continue through March 1, 2027, giving the City several months to evaluate designated locations, operating procedures and community feedback before a permanent municipal licensing requirement takes effect.
