Motorcyclist killed in Interstate 70 crashed that closed highway for multiple hours

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A motorcyclist died Monday morning in a crash on a Columbus highway that caused a multi-hour road closure.

Columbus police said that at 6:44 a.m., a motorcycle crashed into a Toyota on Interstate 70 west over Fairwood Avenue. The adult driver of the motorcycle ejected from the vehicle and was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
