Customers help Short North store get back stolen item

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The power of social media and backing from loyal customers helped a Short North store owner get back a stolen item.

Store surveillance video of a theft went viral and those loyal customers became invested and found the alleged thief.

This happened Wednesday at 614Sneaker on North High Street. In the video there is a man fidgeting with a sweatshirt then stuff it on a rack. The man later comes back and grabs the hoodie again.
