Updated concept plan submitted for Dublin senior living complex

DUBLIN, Ohio (WCMH) — A developer has submitted an updated concept plan to the city of Dublin for a senior living complex on Bright Road, though the project remains in the earliest stage of the development review process.

Submitted June 30 by Jordan Dorsey, founder of Sentry Land Company, it is the latest version of a proposal that has undergone multiple rounds of informal review since December.

The proposal calls for 194 units on roughly 17.6 acres near the intersection of Bright Road and Emerald Parkway, adjacent to Hopewell Elementary School. It’s a modest increase from the 176 units on 16 acres reviewed by Dublin’s Planning and Zoning Commission in April.See the latest headlines from NBC4 in the video player above.
