OHIO — Strong to severe thunderstorms return to the forecast on Tuesday, with some storms already firing for the morning commute.
Storms likely begin to develop for northern Ohio early in the day, then become stronger as we move closer to midday and throughout the afternoon. The area most at risk will be areas along and southeast of I-71.
