Private equity firm buys Dublin mobile home park inside Avery Crossing site for $2.9 million

DUBLIN, Ohio (WCMH) — A Florida-based private equity firm has bought the Dublin mobile home community sitting at the center of a yearslong development dispute, with plans to bring rents closer to market rate over time.

Sunrise Capital Investors, a Clearwater, Florida-based firm specializing in mobile home park investments, acquired Ponderosa Mobile Home Estates, a 108-lot, 55-and-older community at the southwest corner of Avery and Rings roads, according to a news release.
