VINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WOWK) – A man accused of endangering the lives of 16 children has been released on his own recognizance.
According to the Court of Common Pleas in Vinton County, Gary Siders Sr. appeared and acknowledged that, on the condition of his release, he owes the State of Ohio a sum of $300,000. This amount will be levied from his goods or lands.
In addition, Gary Siders Sr. will also have to appear at all court hearings, submit to fingerprinting and DNA collection, submit to drug or alcohol screening and wear a GPS monitoring device.
