Columbus man found guilty for drug and gun crimes, could spend life in prison

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – A Columbus man could face life in prison for charges related to drug and gun crimes.

Stephen Sullens, 29, was arrested in July 2024. According to federal prosecutors, Marietta police in southeastern Ohio responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle near St. Mary Catholic School.

Officers found Sullens in the vehicle and a police canine alerted, leading to the discovery of fentanyl and a pistol with a loaded magazine. See the latest headlines from NBC4 in the video player above.
