COLUMBUS, Ohio — The National Weather Service confirmed that a tornado tracked through the southern portion of the city during Tuesday’s severe weather outbreak.
The weather service said they examined damage from East Hinman Avenue continuing into the east across Parsons Avenue, through Barack Park and continuing as far east as Fairwood Avenue.
“The damage in this area exhibited a convergent pattern,” NWS said in the report. “In addition to tree damage, there was structural damage that included roof damage to some homes and businesses.”…
