COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Diego Montoya Gonzalez is facing multiple felony charges after a Franklin County Grand Jury indicted him in connection with an alleged attempt to rape a child in Columbus.
Gonzalez was indicted on Monday on one count each of attempted rape, attempted pandering obscenity involving a minor, criminal child enticement, grooming and importuning, according to the prosecutors office.
