DELAWARE, Ohio (WCMH) — Three people charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a Delaware County woman were indicted Thursday.
Bryanna Dutcher, 18, Christian Evans, 20, and Dajameous Payne, 21, were all charged with aggravated murder after 55-year-old Tamela Dutcher was found in a home at Bean-Oller Road south of Delaware, suffering from several gunshot wounds.
