(Gray News) – Officials are speaking out after a truck stopped in the middle of a highway, causing a crash before driving off.
The crash happened on Interstate 670 in Ohio. Video posted by the Ohio Department of Transportation showed the truck coming to a stop in the right lane, next to an exit ramp.
