HILLIARD, Ohio (WSYX) — A juvenile has been cited after a driver was caught on video taking a dangerous ride through Hilliard, at times driving along paths meant for pedestrians and bicyclists.
Video recorded by a passenger in another car shows a Toyota traveling down a walking and bike path along Renner Road on Thursday night.
