McARTHUR, Ohio (WCMH) — Help is on the way for Ohio communities hit by September storms.
While in Vinton County touring flood damage on Tuesday, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine declared a state of emergency for more than a dozen counties.
“You’ve got damage that goes well beyond state roads,” DeWine said.
